"Back to Turin, I booked this hotel randomly and was very satisfied. The price-performance ratio is super high, much better than expected. The location is safe and secure. It is between the Conservatory of Music and the Academy of Fine Arts. It is within walking distance of Via Roma and other places. The hotel is very new. I booked a balcony room. It is very comfortable to sit on the balcony and chat on vacation."

"Because it is apartment-style, the room has all the facilities, you can cook and wash clothes. The single apartment I booked is 45 square meters, divided into the living room and bedroom, and the privacy is very good. The apartment is very clean and very close to the station. "A serviced apartment near the small train station, with an elegant environment and warm reception. The room is fully equipped with a full set of candy for reception, two complimentary bottles of water, and a box of toiletries (wet wipes, ginseng shower gel, hand cream, cotton swab, soap) for free. There are pots and pans in the kitchen, microwave ovens, cutlery, refrigerators, detergents, sponges, but there is no seasoning in the seasoning tank. In other words, if you cook yourself, you need to buy all the ingredients. In addition, the front desk stipulates that if you want to use the kitchen, you need to clean it yourself (brushing tableware), otherwise you will pay a cleaning fee of 10 euros. This furniture store is reasonably priced and worth recommending!"

YytmosThe room is spacious, two big beds are comfortable, and there are quilts! Anyone who has been to Italy knows how rare it is to have a serious quilt instead of a sheet.
The living room of the room has a separate air conditioner. The duplex attic depends on the air conditioner in the living room. It is a bit cold in summer, and it is much better to open it for a long time.
The kitchen dishwasher and washing machine are complete and very convenient. But there is no daily cleaning and cleaning room service, we have not stayed for 3 days. Garbage can be placed at the door of the room, and an aunt comes to collect it every morning.
Good location, there is a tram at the door, there is a small supermarket about 300 meters walk, 700 meters to the train station and the big supermarket.
The front desk is warm and thoughtful and willing to help.
The door of the apartment is very low-key, there is no logo, you can knock on the door when you see the house number 17A

YY DarjeelingThe man who helped for check in was very professional and friendly, spoke French and English too which was great.
I asked for the tourist information at the desk too which was very clear and helpful.
The parking was easy in front of the hotel, a spacious room, a great choice for breakfast.
Cleanliness, in general was good, except a few spots on the floor in the bathroom was missed.
I will recommend to any of my friends.

GGuest UserHotel and room itself were okay, but I was shocked when someone opened my door and walked into my room at 9:15am in the morning without knocking or ringing beforehand, while I was still sleeping . Again someone (not sure if same person) walked into my room at around 10am (checkout time is 12pm), this time it was the mini-bar guy, asking if the mini bar items need to be restocked. I brought this up at the reception upon checkout, and the receptionist was a bit surprised to hear and stated that she would speak with the mini-bar guy. Another, seemingly more senior receptionist chimed in, and seemed to put the blame on me for not putting out the ”do not disturb” sign at my door. I've stayed in numerous high/low end hotels in multiple countries around the world, I've never had a guy open my room door and walk into my room just because I didn't put out a ”dnd” sign. Again, checkout time is 12:00pm.

GGuest UserA good business hotel, the room is clean, the breakfast is good, but for us, the location a bit far from the landmarks and our destination.
We went for Juventus Match, and it was a bit far from the Allianz Stadium. You might need to check the location from your destination in Turin. But overall a good hotel.

Around the area, there are a lot of cafes and restaurants to choose from. I would suggest for constant travelers. The hotel has good selection of food for breakfast. The staff are nice and attentive.

The only problem is that they put the heat up really high. Looks like it’s a common heater for all rooms. We had about 40°C in our room and the bathroom.
We asked to the front desk clerk if they could turn it off. They said they would but they didn’t. He had to sleep half naked and with both windows open because it was extremely hot inside the room. At the end of March I think it’s a little too much.

AAngelinaI loved my room, it had a great view from the balcony. I loved the power shower. The bedroom was clean, comfy and a good size.
I also loved it's location. I'm an invalid but I was able to reach the train station and all the lovely shops.
Breakfast was perfect for me. The staff were really friendly and helpful.
I will definitely promote your beautiful hotel. Also the living room was really beautiful and comfy.

TTakoltermanAlthough this seems a little out of the way, it’s actually a quick 10 minute walk from the nearest train station. There is not a whole lot around so taking the train into the CBD is kind of necessary but worth it I think. These were single beds which was a pleasant surprise; although still very squeaky. There was an included breakfast in the morning consisting of cereal, croissants, rolls, and juices.
